Hatley offers free ground shipping on all orders over $50 going to addresses within the United States and Canada, except Alaska, Hawaii, Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. All packages ship from Montreal, Canada.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Customers in the US will receive an email from UPS with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Shipping costs - US and Canada

Please note that shipping time does not include weekends and that orders leave Hatley 24 to 48 hours after placement. Delivery times are approximate and based on packages going to urban areas. Delivery to remote locations may take longer. For a better estimate please visit the UPS website.

International orders

Hatley does not ship to anywhere outside of the US or Canada.

If you are purchasing more than one item and they are going to different locations, please place separate online orders for each delivery location.

If you choose to have your package shipped to your place of business please ensure to put the company name on the first address line.
