Faulty or Defective Goods
Hatley stands by its products 100%. If for any reason you received or purchased a Hatley item that was faulty or defective in any way, please send it back to one of the addresses below and we will ship you a new one. No receipts needed, but please include the Returns and Exchanges Form. Note that we only ship to the United States and Canada.
When exchanging a defective item, Hatley will exchange it for the same item and size. If it is no longer in stock, we will offer you another item of equal or lesser value.
We are only able to offer refunds on faulty goods if they were purchased from our website. Otherwise, please contact the store where your purchased it for a refund.
Hatley Website Customers
If you are not satisfied with your goods, we'd be happy to exchange or refund your order within 30 days from day of purchase. When returning an item to us, please include a copy of the Returns and Exchanges Form (also found on the back of the packing slip included with the website order).
Please note that all refunds will be issued minus the original shipping fee. If you had taken advantage of the free shipping offer, and the returns of goods causes the order to fall below the $50.00 threshold, you will be refunded, again, minus the standard $8.99 shipping fee.
Exchanges
Website customers will be charged a flat $7.99 return shipping fee. Please be sure to include your credit card details on the form provided.
General Return Information
When returning or exchanging items please always include the Returns and Exchanges Form. When returning an item to us, the best service to use is the regular postal service. Hatley is not responsible for the shipping costs of getting the item back to us. Please do not send items back cash-on-delivery.
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your return.
If you bought a Hatley item from one of our physical stores or authorised re-sellers, please get in touch with the store where you originally purchased the goods for returns or exchanges.
