• Order entry (30-40 orders daily)
• Phone Orders
• Reception duties
• Trouble- shooting for customers
• Incoming calls for general customer questions

Qualifications:

• 1 yr minimum experience in office Customer Service
• Computer literate
• Bilingual (fluent English
• EDI & Label  knowledge an asset
• Worked in wholesale industry (clothing)

• Available to work Part Time including evenings and weekends (20 Hours/week) 
• Strong Customer service and Proven Sales Abilities
